Donate used and new iPods, iPhones, iPads, or iTunes gift cards on Election Day! There will marked boxes located near the welcome desk at the Village Center. Please consider supporting our community members, and their care partners, who are living with Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementias. The Waunakee Dementia Coalition is accepting these items to provide personalized music through the Music & Memory Program.

Joint Waunakee-Westport Comprehensive Plan Open House

Join us for the second open house for the joint Waunakee-Westport Comprehensive Plan and Comprehensive Bicycle, Pedestrian and Outdoor Recreation Plan! Arrive at 6:00 p.m. for a short presentation featuring an update on the process, highlights from both draft plans, and the timeline for finalizing and adopting both plans. The remainder of the time will be an open house with opportunities to ask questions, view draft maps and content from both plans, and share your ideas for making Waunakee-Westport a better place to live, work, play, and stay.

Friends of the Waunakee Public Library Hot Dog Stand

The Friends of the Waunakee Public Library will have a hot dog stand on Election Day! They will be located very near the entrance of the Waunakee Village Center. Hot dogs and bottled water will be priced at $1.00 each and a bag of chips will sell for $.50. All proceeds from the sale will benefit the Waunakee Public Library.

Election Day Bake Sale

The Senior Center is having a bake sale on Election Day! When you come to vote, please stop and shop for some delicious homemade treats, made by the many talented people that bring in their freshly baked pies, cookies, muffins, cakes, breads, and treats of all sorts. All proceeds benefit the Senior Center.
