Construction continues on Woodland Drive, but Phase 1 is near completion. Phase 1 includes the section of Woodland from the Village limits (Manchester Crossing) to Southbridge (Tierney Drive). Phase 1 is scheduled for paving the week of August 22. Upon completion of Phase 1, Woodland Drive will be open from Manchester Crossing to Tireney Drive, including Mill Road. Phase 2 is the section of Woodland Drive from Southbridge to Carriage Ridge. During construction of Phase 2, Woodland Drive will be closed to traffic from Southbridge to Carriage Ridge, meaning that there will be no access to CTH M from Southbridge and cars must use Mill Road as an alternative. Phase 2 is expected to be completed by the end of October.
