Explore the magic of maple syrup time with instructor Mary Binkley. Learn how to identify and tap maple trees, what equipment is needed, and the basics about making maple syrup in your own backyard. A warm fire and tasting is included plus an optional walk to Schumacher Farm Park’s young sugar bush. Suggested donation is $3 Members, $5 Non-Members.
