Sarah Stevens from Cellar Designs is our current Creative Wall at the Hall artist on display.Cellar Designs was born of Sarah's need of an outlet for that creative spirit. She has always loved to find ways to decorate that are different, interesting and unique. Sarah feels that there is power in words. Words can sooth, heal, bring joy, give advice, be reminders, teach and help us to feel something that other things cannot.
