Where can I find Waunakee 2012 sales of homes similar to mine?
A paper copy of recent sales can be viewed at Waunakee Village Hall or you can use the following link to access the Department of Revenue page dedicated to recent sales.

The Village had information available during Open Book for residents to view, where can I see this information now?
The assessment roll information by street name, parcel number, and by owner name is at the Village Hall reception desk for all residents to view.
