Open Book is scheduled for September 11 and 12, 2012
from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Waunakee Village Hall, 500 West Main Street,
Waunakee, Wisconsin. Please contact Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. to
schedule an appointment for Open Book. Open Book refers to a period of time
before Board of Review when the completed assessment roll is open for
examination. At Open Book, the assessor is allowed to make any changes that are
necessary to perfect the assessment roll. Instructional materials on appealing
an assessment value to the Board of Review will be available. The
deadline for providing notice of intent to object to the
Village Clerk's office is 4:00 PM on Friday, September 28, 2012.
