Creative Wall at the Hall - Dessert & Coffee - Wednesday, February 26th

Do you enjoy quilting?  Have you ever wanted to learn more about it?  Do you want to support the local initiative promoting creativity and innovation in Waunakee?  If the answer to any of these questions is yes, please join us at Village Hall next Wednesday, February 26th from 7:30-8:30 PM for dessert and coffee.

While you're enjoying your dessert and coffee, you'll have the chance to meet with Dianne Larson - owner of Mill House Quilts, and learn a bit about quilting.  She will also share information on her quilt "Chip Off the Olde Block" - the first exhibit of "Creative Wall at the Hall".

Creative Wall at the Hall is an opportunity for local artists from the Waunakee area to share their work by displaying it at Village Hall.  Exhibitions will be on display for two months at a time, for a total of six exhibits per year.

Waunakee Utilities Special Notice Regarding Freezing Water Services

This winter’s abnormally cold weather has driven the frost to unusual depths, and it is possible that your water service pipe could freeze.

While the likelihood of this occurring is small, the Water Utility is encouraging all customers to monitor the water supply coming to their homes or businesses. The Utility encourages you to immediately report any abnormal water flows or temperature of the water.

Please contact the Utility at 849-8111 immediately if you have any concerns about possible freezing of the water pipes serving your property.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure that your water service pipe doesn’t freeze.

Thank You,

Randy Dorn
Water/Sewer Manager
