You're invited to experience the first Waunakee Artists and Crafters Open House and Studio Tour to be held on August 15 & 16, 2015 from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Tour Brochure Map & Vendor lists will be available at Ace Hardware, MNM's Coffee, and Neil's Liquor Store starting August 12, 2015. Get into your cars and look for the green and white lawn signs.

Heritage Fest at Schumacher Farm Park - Revised Posting

Children Under 3 are FREE
Schumacher Farm Park is a 100 acre open air museum and prairie conservancy dedicated to preserving the farm traditions of the 1920's and 1930's. It is run by the Friends of Schumacher Farm Park in cooperation with Dane County Parks and the Marcella Schumacher Pendall Trust.
Join us for an afternoon of old-fashioned fun at the 23rd Annual Heritage Fest. We'll have demonstrations of our steam-powered antique threshing machine, kitchen and farm crafts, live music by Bluegrass TeA & Company, games and fun for the whole family. A new addition to Heritage Fest this year will be visits by authors John Laubmeier and Gary Hess. Their books will be on sale and be sure to get your author's signature on their books about barrel making and growing up on the farm.
