Village Request for Proposal for Reuse/Redevelopment of Village Hall

The Village of Waunakee released a Request for Proposal soliciting proposals for the re-use or redevelopment of property located at 500 West Main Street in Waunakee. The property is currently home to the Waunakee Village Hall. The Village is considering the relocation of Village Hall to the former South Street library building, which is currently vacant. Funds generated from the sale of the property would be used to offset the cost of the renovation and relocation. Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors has been hired to assist with the RFP process.

Explore the magic of maple syrup time. Instructor, Mary Binkley will discuss and demonstrate the basics of making maple syrup from your own backyard; how to identify a maple tree, an overview of maple sap collection tools and how to tap a tree. General handouts of the process will be available. All participants will be entered in a drawing for maple syrup prizes! Family-friendly.
