Temporary Signal Improvements - S. Woodland & County M

I've heard some feedback that the traffic signals at South Woodland and County M are not functioning well because of the construction project. I received the following response from the Project Coordinator Jim Foley today: "I spoke with Dane County and the City of Madison this afternoon regarding the timing issue at Woodland Drive and CTH M. The City of Madison will be on site sometime tomorrow to make adjustments to the sequencing for this intersection. Hopefully this will resolve the issue, especially in the AM peak hours. Unfortunately this may not be in effect until after the AM peak tomorrow."
