Waunakee Neighborhood Connection is
once again very excited to partner with the Waunakee Community School District
for the annual Fill the Bus Campaign! Lamers Bus Lines has provided “The Little
Yellow Bus” to collect school supplies for disadvantaged students, and your help is needed. The bus will be at several locations to collect new school supplies beginning
on July 29 at BMO Harris of Waunakee. It will remain there through August 4,
moving to Walgreens of Waunakee from August 5 through August 11, stopping at National
Night Out at the Waunakee Village Park on August 12 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm,
and arriving at Pizza Hut of Waunakee on August 13 through August 18. The most
requested school supplies, such as backpacks, notecards, binders, and more, are
listed on our website. Monetary donations are also needed. Your commitment to
Fill the Bus will provide over 200 students with comprehensive school supplies
