Free Community Event
Co-sponsored by the Waunakee Community Cares Coalition and the School District, SCREENAGERS reveals how screen time impacts kids’ development and offers insights from medical and mental health professionals on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world and find balance. The movie highlights current data and research around the increased use of screen time and impact of social media.
The movie runs 68 minutes long and there will be parent guides available for those who would like to continue the conversation at home. We encourage parents to bring their children, but it is recommended for 5th graders and up. Hope to see you there!
