The Village is kicking off a trial period of preparing a “Supplement to Agenda” prior to every Village Board meeting.

This is an unofficial version of the agenda in which the Village Administrator adds some straight forward commentary on the agenda items to be considered during the upcoming meeting. The purpose is to help citizens better understand the agenda items and action requests that are before the Board. You might consider it a succinct summary of the memos and attachments included in the full meeting packet. We are asking for feedback on this new agenda supplement.
