Woodland Drive Construction Notice

The next phase of the reconstruction of Woodland Drive (click here) is scheduled for this construction season. This is a joint project between the Village of Waunakee and the Town of Westport. The project is being implemented by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation with significant funding earmarked by the Federal Government thanks to Sen. Herb Kohl and Rep. Tammy Baldwin.

The Wisconsin DOT has retained Daar Engineering from Portage, Wisconsin to oversee the project and Strand Associates to manage the project. The 2011 construction of Woodland Drive is scheduled to begin the week of June 13th.
