The City of Middleton, Village of Waunakee, the Town of Wesport, and the Town of Springfield will hold a series of public meetings beginning September 19, 2011 and ending October 25, 2011. The meetings are scheduled to convene 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at numerous locations.
Phase 1: A visual survey for residents to express values for how future development could look.

Phase 2: Residents help create detailed development scenarios to guide future growth.

- Oct. 25 Waunakee High School (301 Community Drive)
The City of Middleton, Village of Waunakee, the Town of Westport and the Town of Springfield are working together to create a future growth plan that will guide development over the next 25 years as these communities change and grow. The public is invited to attend and participate in meetings that will include an introduction to FUDA (Future Urban Development Area) planning and the role of community values, a visual community survey and discussion, and the creation of future development scenarios. Residents will be asked to give their input about the appearance, character, and location of future development in the area.
