The whole family is invited. Bring a butane flame lighter if you have one to help launch the candle-lit Chinese lanterns. Release all your bad luck, faults and fears with the colorful lanterns. It's a beautiful sight!
In China, the ninth day of the ninth month, (September 9) is set as International Kite Day. On that day, thousands of kites in the shape of dragons, butterflies, fish, birds, flowers, and other artistic designs are flown all over China. They believe that they can attach their problems, anxieties, and faults, and when each kite is released it carries the problems, evil spirits and bad luck far away into the skies.
