Surface Paving Schedule for Woodland Drive

Surface (upper layer) paving schedule weather dependant:

The contractor will begin paving at the south project limits working north to Tierney Drive and will start on the east side (north bound lane) of Woodland Drive.  Once complete, the contractor will mobilize to the south project limits and again work south to north on the west side (south bound lane) of Woodland Drive.  Please allow additional travel time and expect extended delays.

Traffic:

• Carriage Ridge (Cobblestone Lane) Residents- Use Woodland Drive to the south for all access. 
• Steeplechase (Enchanted View Lane) / Rankin Residents - Rankin Lane will be closed to traffic, use Enchanted View Lane and exit/enter to the north, until Rankin Lane is paved.  Once Rankin Lane is completed Enchanted View Lane will be closed and residents should exit/enter from the south using Rankin Lane.
• Tuscany Ridge (Tuscany Lane) Residents - Should exit/enter from the south.
• Southbridge (Tierney Drive) Residents - Should exit/enter from the north.
• Emerald Grove Road Residents -  Should exit/enter from the north.

NOTE - The closures of Rankin Lane and Enchanted View Lane will alternate during this stage of paving operation.  When one road is closed the other will remain open.

The contractor will begin paving at Tierney Drive working north and will start on the west side (south bound lane) of Woodland Drive.  Once complete the contractor will mobilize to Tierney Drive and will pave the east side (north bound lane) of Woodland Drive.  Please allow additional travel time and expect extended delays.

Traffic:

• Carriage Ridge (Cobblestone Lane) Residents - Use Woodland Drive to the south for all access.
• Steeplechase (Enchanted View Lane) Residents -  Use Woodland Drive to the south for all access.
• Rankin Lane Residents - Use Woodland Drive to the south for all access.
• Tuscany Ridge (Tuscany Lane) Residents - Use Woodland Drive to the south for all access.
• Southbridge (Tierney Drive) Residents - Use Woodland Drive to the south for all access.
• Emerald Grove Road Residents -  Should exit/enter from the north.

NOTE- Mill Road will be closed at Woodland Drive during this stage of the paving operation.

If required the contractor will complete any remaining paving.  An update will be sent Thursday evening to inform residents of this paving operation and any traffic pattern changes.

NOTE- If weather becomes an issue the contractor will delay paving until the next day.  If required the contractor will be paving on Saturday.  Updates will be sent out regarding weather related schedule changes.
