The Village contracts with Associated Appraisal Consultants to assess real estate and personal property in the Village. Staff from Associated Appraisal will be in the Village of Waunakee completing inside and outside inspections until mid-June.
All real estate and personal property in the Village of Waunakee is assessed annually. The purpose of an assessment is to assure that all property in the Village is valued fairly and equitably for taxing purposes. In the event that you are not home when they visit your property, they will leave contact information on a red card.
