The 2014 Open Book is scheduled for May 21, 2014 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. Board of Review is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. located at the Waunakee Village Hall, 500 W. Main Street.
It
is recommended you attend Open Book to discuss your property's
assessment value with the assessor prior to appearing before the Board
of Review. If you are not satisfied with your assessment value, you need to make arrangements with the Village Clerk's office to appear
before the Board of Review. You must provide the Village Clerk with
written or oral notice of your intent to file an objection by 1:00 PM, Friday, June 6, 2014. In addition, a written and signed form of
objection to property assessment must be completed and filed with the
Village Clerk's office. Objection forms will be available at Open Book,
at the Village Hall, 500 West Main Street,
Waunakee, Wisconsin, or at http://www.vil.waunakee.wi.us/DocumentCenter/Home/View/423.
